Daniel Culver, D.O.

Daniel Culver, D.O., is a specialist in the Pulmonary Institute. He is board-certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine and has special interests sarcoidosis, critical care medicine, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, interstitial lung disease.

Dr. Culver has authored and co-authored research articles in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as Iron pill aspiration and bronchial stenosis, Infection Control in the Bronchoscopy Suite, Sarcoidosis: new genetic clues and ongoing treatment controversies.

Dr. Culver has memberships in many professional organizations including the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians – Fellow, American Osteopathic Association, World Association of Sarcoidosis and Other Granulomatous Disorders and the European Respiratory Society.

Dr. Culver completed his undergraduate degree (Summa Cum Laude) at The Ohio State Unviersity, Columbus, Ohio. He attended medical school at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio. His internal medicine residency was completed at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Cleveland Clinic.
